How do I move my codes into the Authenticator App from other apps?

How do I move my existing 2FA codes into the Authenticator App?

The Authenticator App by 2Stable not only helps you set up new two-factor authentication (2FA) codes, it also lets you save codes you’ve already set up in other apps or services. You can use the Apple Apple Passwords app, Google, or URL options, depending on where your codes are currently stored.

  • ⚙️ From Apple Passwords:
Transfer codes stored in Apple’s built-in Passwords app on iPhone, iPad, or Mac. This app saves verification codes and syncs them via iCloud, making it easy to bring your accounts into the Authenticator App.

  • 🌐 From Google Authenticator:
Quickly transfer your 2FA codes from Google Authenticator to the Authenticator App. This works for accounts you’ve already set up and want to add to our app to generate codes.

  • 🔗 Using a URL (OTPAuth):
Add the accounts from any authenticator app that provides a standard OTPAuth URL. This text-based format contains all the information needed to set up the account in the Authenticator App.

ℹ️ Tip: Once your account is linked, the app will automatically generate verification codes so you can access them whenever a platform requests them to log in or verify your identity.
