How to enable or set up 2FA for CompTIA

To enhance your CompTIA account security, enable two-factor authentication (2FA). Follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your CompTIA account
    Sign in with your username and password.
  2. Open Security settings
    In account settings, look for Security, Privacy & Security, or Authentication.
  3. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA)
    Choose Enable, Turn on, or a similar option.
  4. Choose your verification method
    Common options include:
    1. Authenticator app (recommended): Generate time-based one-time codes with Authenticator App.
